MY
HOLIDAY
I went to Cilacap ,
Central Java. I’m going with my father and mother . It took 8 hours from
Jakarta. We start from Tanjung Barat ( South of Jakarta) at 10 a.m . I really
enjoyed in this trip, although just 2 weeks vacation but at least I feel very
happy because I greatly missed my village.The car arrived at Cilacap , Kroya
around 5 p.m . The trip was very tiring indeed but how lucky we did not hit
traffic. It was so cold outside when I
came into holiday in here. I was taking a break at home owned by my father in
Kroya, because we needed a rest, my father decided to visit to grandma's house
tomorrow.
The next day at 8 a.m
we going to grandma’s house it need 30 minutes from Kroya to Cilacap ( my grandma’s house) . I feel so happy
because there are many brothers I have . We also chat with each other and enjoy
the rural atmosphere there. I met Grandma, Aunt, Uncle, Cousin, and the people
there. Do not forget I come to try special food in Java that is Grandma specially
cooked to greet me. There are Gurame Sweet Spicy, Sate Donald , Getuk, Ketan, Sripping and many
more. I was very happy because my grandmother was prepared it for us. I spent
the whole day at Grandma's house, met a lot of people were very nice. At 5 p.m we
get back to my father home .
Day 3 , I choose to go
to the beach Logending which far from where I live. The time needed 2 hours
from here. I can’t wait to go there with my father, mother and my aunt. We
arrived at the beach , I was very comfortable.The beach feel so nice, away from
the noise, the sea is beautiful, white sand, the people are friendly, the
birds, the wind is very cool, and it all makes me didn’t want to go away from
this place. I am very lucky because I’m here where people doesn't was holiday.
So that I will enjoy the beach with peace and comfort. In around long beach, I
didn’t forget to buy some souvenirs to my friends. We decided to go home at 4
pm. I took a break because I was very tired but it’s very enjoyable day.
Day 4 in here, I felt
sick., I decided to just rest at home and not going anywhere.
Day
5, It is my last day in here. I woke up at 5 in the morning, because the air in
here was very nice in the morning. I also want to enjoy the climate and
agricultural fields here. I also went to the farm with my mother, don’t forget
to bring a digital camera. On the way I met many people who want to start their
activities. There is a father was carrying a basket of rice using bikes, little
kids who want to go to school, a group of mothers who were sweeping the yard.
There are no traffic jams, everything looks very neat, unlike in Jakarta is
very crowded with the atmosphere in the city and fumes.
Arriving at the field, I spellbound to see beautiful scenery in the swales .Lots of rice
fields, maize plants in forms such as stairs and it made me very amazed to see
it. I also take pictures using my digital camera. I see the clock is showing at
8 am, it means I have to go back home.
Me, my mom and dad getting picking up, and at 10
o'clock we decided to go back to Jakarta. I didn’t forget my vacation this
time. Although it’s only briefly is a very pleasant and made me want to come
back here again. J
